At Fluvly, we want you to feel confident about every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@fluvly.com. Please include your order number so we can assist you as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll still be able to return it once it’s delivered (see return details below).

Returns (30-Day Policy)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost at no charge to you

If you’re returning an item due to change of mind (e.g., wrong size, no longer needed):

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email info@fluvly.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Prepare Your Item
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials
  3. Ship Your Return
    Follow the return instructions provided by our support team

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed (timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider)

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, contact us at info@fluvly.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Orders Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@fluvly.com.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will:

  • Issue a full refund or
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website means you accept those updates.
